Shipping Policy

Once order is placed, please allow 2-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. You will receive a email from shopvsbeads@gmail.com once your order has been shipped with the tracking information included.

Refund/Exchange Policy 

To return your product, email us shopvsbeads@gmail.com for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
